Dr. Jenna Creaser (MD, CCFP, RYT, CHt)
Dr. Jenna is committed to helping others live a more balanced, healthy and empowered life. Her training and career started in the conventional health care system, as a Medical Doctor and Family Physician with a focus in Women’s Health, Maternity Care, Functional Medicine, Mental Health and more recently Psychedelic-assisted Therapy. After completing her medical training, she felt the medical system didn’t seem to offer the depth or breadth of care she aspired to offer to her patients. She continued to explore and gain experience in several other holistic and healing modalities including Ayurveda, Yoga/Yoga Therapy, Acupuncture, Hypnotherapy, Somatics, Health Coaching, Trauma healing, and Herbalism - she believes true care and healing occurs best with a multifaceted approach.
She is a certified Yoga teacher (RYT) with 500+ hours of training focused on mental health and yoga therapy. Her training also includes Mindfulness, CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), Compassionate Inquiry (Dr. Gabor Mate’s C.I. training), and Intuitive Coaching, among many other counselling, meditation and inner-healing programs. Dr. Jenna recognizes the ongoing personal growth and self care required to live well in today’s society and serve others; humbly continuing her own personal and healing work. She is curious about ancestral history, as well as the use of soul level work and altered states for healing and transformation. An environmentalist and mystic at heart, Jenna has deep reverence for the natural world and the universe around us. She believes through intention, mindfulness, (re)connection to our wholeness, and the appropriate use of medicines or other tools/practices (when required), we can heal… co-creating a healthier, more beautiful world together!

With a strong background in healthcare administration and patient care coordination, Nicole brings both organizational insight and empathetic support to her work educating and supporting LUV clients in our various program options. Nicole’s passion for all things health related and supporting others was born out of her own journey—navigating the challenges of autoimmune disease, unexplained weight gain, mental health and hormone imbalances.

Today, she finds joy in helping others do the same. With the encouragement of her mentor, she enrolled in school to work on completing her Holistic Nutrition and Health Coach certification. Taylor was raised in a small town in the East Kootenays of beautiful British Columbia, Canada. Surrounded by nature, she developed a deep appreciation for the outdoors through hiking, camping, and spending time at the many lakes the Kootenays have to offer. This early connection to the natural world continues to shape her holistic approach to health and healing.
Taylor graduated from the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in 2021 and has been practicing as a Registered Massage Therapist ever since. Her practice includes a wide range of treatment modalities, with a special interest in women’s health and paediatric care. She has supported patients through various challenges, including motor vehicle accidents, mental health conditions, prenatal and postnatal care, as well as infant and paediatric massage therapy.
Currently enrolled in the Holistic Health Coach program at the Nutraphoria School of Holistic Nutrition, Taylor is expanding her knowledge in nutrition and lifestyle support. Her goal is to help others discover how nutrition can play a powerful role in recovery, gut health, hormonal balance, and overall well-being.
Taylor’s path to holistic health was deeply personal. After years of struggling with anxiety, stress, acne, and hormone imbalances, she found herself feeling stuck within the conventional health care model. Through a holistic approach, she discovered the importance of addressing the root causes rather than masking symptoms—a philosophy that now informs all aspects of her work.
Taylor is passionate about helping others who feel lost, overwhelmed, or disconnected from their bodies. She offers compassionate, personalized care to support those navigating hormone imbalances, fertility struggles, skin conditions, digestive issues, and more. She believes deeply in the body’s capacity to heal when given the right tools and support.

I’m Rayen, a Registered Clinical Counsellor, Canadian Certified Counsellor, and Registered Social Worker.
I offer a trauma-informed, integrative approach to healing—one that honours the complex relationships between mind, body, emotion, identity, and lived experience. My work is grounded in relational care, nervous system awareness, and a deep respect for the uniqueness of each individual.
With over two decades of experience in community and clinical mental health and well-being, I’ve supported individuals across many stages of life and healing—whether navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, neurodivergence, sexuality, addiction, or self-worth. I also have a long-standing commitment to inclusive and culturally safe care for Indigenous, queer, and gender-diverse communities.
I am a trained EMDR and sex therapist, and I draw from a range of evidence-based and embodied modalities, including narrative therapy, IFS, somatic approaches, ACT, CBT, DBT, RLT, and mindfulness-based practices. My work is never one-size-fits-all; instead, I meet people where they are, collaborating at their pace, in a way that feels safe and true to them.
As someone from the Secwépemc First Nation, I carry with me a deep reverence for story, land, and interconnection. These teachings shape how I listen and how I hold space. My goal is to support people not just in coping, but in reconnecting—with their values, their inner wisdom, and healing on their own terms.

As a Naturopathic Doctor, I aim to make my patients feel supported and empowered to improve their health no matter what step they are at. I am trauma-informed and evidence-based, using both my medical education and the principles of naturopathic medicine like treating the root cause of illness, removing obstacles or barriers to your healing to offer holistic healing and aligning the mind and the body together.
My goal as a doctor is to create a space that is collaborative, educational, empathetic, and judgment-free.
I am most passionate about seeing and helping patients who are struggling with:
-PCOS and other hormonal conditions
-ADHD and associated conditions
-Mental health conditions
-Nutritional deficiencies
-Insomnia and sleep problems
-Burnout and overwhelm
As someone who is neurodiverse (I was diagnosed with ADHD in adulthood), I understand how difficult it can be to function in a world that wasn’t built for brains that work differently.
Working with neurodiversity, mental health, and trauma, I feel it’s important to meet you where you are at to create healthy changes that feel not only doable for you now but also sustainable in the long term. I use elements of both Western medicine (pharmaceuticals, lab testing, and IV therapy) and herbal medicine, traditional Chinese medicine, nutrition, and counselling to provide personalized care that suits you and your unique needs.
Another area of passion for me is health care for LGBTQIA2S+ and gender-diverse communities. I strongly believe everyone deserves to feel safe, supported, and comfortable to discuss all aspects of their health in a judgment-free space. I will always support human rights and work to be as inclusive as possible for BIPOC, LGBTQIA2S+, sex workers, disabled people, and other oppressed minorities as well as continue to learn and confront my own biases.
Education:
• Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine - Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine
• Bachelor of Science in Microbiology - UBC
