Below you will find two distinct practices, depending on the type of support you are seeking.

🌎 Depth Psychology & Hypnotherapy (Across Canada, US, Australia and Internationally)

Depth Psychology, Hypnotherapy and Mind-Body Coaching sessions are available virtually for clients seeking lasting psychological transformation through the exploration of the unconscious, identity, emotional patterns, dreams, meaning, nervous system regulation and subconscious change.

Rather than focusing solely on symptom management, these sessions explore the deeper forces shaping your life and support meaningful, enduring change.

🌿 Naturopathic Medicine (Licensed in British Columbia)

Licensed naturopathic medical services are available for clients located in British Columbia. These appointments may include medical assessment, laboratory testing, prescribing, IV therapy, nervous system medicine, hormone care, and integrative naturopathic treatment.

All new clients are asked to begin with a complimentary Discovery Consultation.

Once you have completed your initial visit and we are working through the phases of your treatment plan, you may access small online Group Q&A sessions every Wednesday over lunch These sessions offer an accessible way to bring forward questions as they arise, receive support between private appointments, and stay connected.

Existing patients may attend any topic relevant to what they are currently working through:

• Women’s Hormone Health • Brain Chemistry & Nervous System • Gut & Immune Health • Health, Energy & Metabolism

Group sessions are billed as naturopathic visits, and receipts are provided for submission to extended benefits.

Private follow-up appointments are required for new or complex concerns, detailed laboratory reviews, full protocol reviews, and significant prescription changes.

Welcome! I’m Nicole and I’m so glad you’re here!

My approach to health and healing is rooted in compassion, nervous system support, and whole-person wellness. As a Registered Health and Nutrition Counsellor and Certified Breathwork Facilitator, I offer a gentle, individualized approach that honors both the physical and emotional aspects of healing.

My own personal journey through autoimmune challenges, stress, anxiety, hormone imbalances, burnout, and healing through layers of trauma has deeply shaped the way I support others today. I understand what it feels like to search for answers, to feel disconnected from your body, and to long for sustainable healing rather than quick fixes.

I offer trauma-informed nutrition counselling, health coaching, and Conscious Connected Breathwork with a focus on supporting nervous system regulation, stress resilience, gut health, energy, mindset, and overall well-being. I have acquired my Trauma Informed Health Coach certification and I have also completed Compassionate Inquiry® informed training, which helps guide the safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space I hold for clients.

My goal is to help you feel supported, empowered, and connected to your body in a sustainable and compassionate way, one step at a time.

Dr. Haile Michaelson is a naturopathic doctor and clinical hypnotherapist with 15 years of experience and special passion for mental health, trauma recovery, hormone balance, and nervous system optimization. She holds advanced certifications in IV vitamin infusions, acupuncture, prescribing, bio-identical hormones, eating disorder recovery, sexual health, identity, embodiment and trauma recovery.
